Why HenHouse Golf?
We customize our coaching to meet your needs and believe that focusing on the fundamentals simplifies the process of learning without having to spend “Country Club” money.
How do I get started?
Complete the contact form below and we will reach out to understand your goals. Once we understand your needs, we will create a personalized coaching plan and discuss the best locations to meet.
As an example, if you are starting from scratch and would like to understand the rules and etiquette, we may suggest a combination of educational sessions, swing training and playing lessons. The education sessions may be via video conference, the swing training at your home or local facility and playing lessons at a local golf course.
What should I wear?
Each golf course as their own dress code requirements however to keep it simple, wear a collard shirt and avoid jeans, sweatpants, yoga pants, t-shirts, and tank tops. For examples, Google “appropriate golf attire” and select “Images” to get an idea of what is appropriate. For shoes, please avoid sandals and boots. Tennis shoes/sneakers will be fine to get started however you will eventually need golf shoes. We are happy to help guide on clothing and shoe suggestions during our coaching sessions if helpful.
What should I bring?
If we are meeting for a swing session or playing lesson, please bring your golf clubs, glove and golf balls. If you are new to golf and don’t have those items yet, we will start with an education session to get you comfortable with what to expect before we meet at the course.
How long are the sessions?
Educational sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and held virtually. Virtual swing lessons are typically 30-60 minutes. In person swing lessons are 60 minutes and playing lessons range from 3-5 hours depending on the number of holes played and length of warm up/practice time.
What is the cost?
Virtual education sessions and swing lessons are $50/hour. In person swing lessons are $80/hour. Playing lessons are $250 for 18 holes and $150 for 9 holes. Playing lesson fees are subject to change depending on the course being played.
How many people can you coach at once?
For in-person swing lessons we can coach up to two adults at a time however each adult is charged the full cost of an individual swing lesson. For children, we coach one-on-one with a parent being present for the entire lesson.
